There are things you might want to do to your home after winter. Painting, carpenter work, tree removal and other jobs that you can't do yourself. When you call someone to do the job make sure they are bonded and have liability insurance. You could be left with a mess and large expense if the job is poorly done or half finished. Ask the person doing the job for you to furnish you with a current certificate of insurance showing coverage and policy dates. This is your responsibility to ask.
