Did you know know that if you receive a speeding ticket where you are driving 10 miles over the limit and it is your first ticket that you can request that it be reduced? If you can have this dropped to up to 9 over the limit then this violation will be waivable for insurance points. This may require a phone call or visit to the clerk of court to determine what you will need to bring on your court date. Other fines and penalties may apply.
