There are simple laws that we as Americans sometimes ignore. I was riding up the road at 6:50 AM Monday and almost hit a man walking with the traffic on the side of the road. The laws says a person should walk facing traffic so they can observe vehicles and move if need be. It is very hard to see someone in the dark walking on the wrong side of the road.
