The hurricane season is right around the corner. Although we are
very blessed that North Carolina has not been hit in recent years with
a large storm it is always good to be prepared. Make sure you keep
plenty of drinking water and keep enough non-refrigerated food for
at least a week. Have batteries for flash lights and candles and put
them where all family members know where to find them. It is a good
idea to keep some cash available. Often bank computers are down.
